Most of who am I and what I do comes from my fascination with people. We’re really some extraordinary creatures – you just never know what you’re going to get out of a person! Thanks to one of my elementary school peers’ moms mistaking me for Rudy Huxtable (a decade late), as a little brown girl with chubby cheeks, missing front teeth and a bushel of long thick hair, I became fascinated with acting. I graduated from Columbia University with a critical consciousness of the world I live in, am currently researching Human Diversity and Pedagogy, acting with Alex Dwek Studio and represented by IFM.
